Buyers and sellers need good information and guidance in making their key decisions; they usually do not want to be "pushed" or "sold. It is my job as a real estate agent to get my clients the data, listen to their wants and secure their needs-where possible- and negotiate expertly on their behalf. It is also my job to conduct effective marketing for their property. This includes active networking and creativity, while embracing the benefits of technology in achieving this for my clients. As bonus, having fun while buying or selling property with my clients!
